1: Definitions
For the purpose of this document, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context requires otherwise:
Terms and Conditions: Refers to this document which outlines the rules and regulations governing the use of the Qeyada Career platform.
Services: Refers to all activities and features provided by the platform related to recruitment and employment.
Candidate: Refers to job seekers registered on the Qeyada Career platform.
Employer: Refers to individuals or organizations creating and managing job postings through the platform.
Platform: Refers to the Qeyada Career employment platform.
2: Obligations
The service provider undertakes to provide a complete recruitment management system that includes, but is not limited to, features such as automated candidate matching and job offer notifications.
The service provider grants the employer access rights to the Qeyada Career platform to create, publish, and manage job postings, review candidates, and use other available features.
The employer is responsible for creating genuine job opportunities to initiate the hiring process.
The employer must manage the recruitment stages within the platform and move candidates through each phase accordingly.
The user must provide accurate and truthful information in accordance with applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The user must respect other users and comply with all local regulations.
Copying or saving any part of the platform’s content is prohibited unless for personal use only, and all copyright notices must be retained.
It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, or store any part of the platform’s content on public or private websites or electronic systems for data collection purposes.
The service provider strives to keep the platform available 24/7 but shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability due to technical or unforeseen reasons.
The service provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:
Providing false or misleading information.
Harassment, abuse, or unethical conduct toward other users or customer support.
4: Confidentiality
The user undertakes to treat as confidential all information obtained through the platform and not to disclose or use such information for purposes other than recruitment, unless authorized in writing by the service provider.
The confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect even after the user ceases to use the platform.
5: Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, logos, designs, and content displayed on the platform are the exclusive property of the service provider.
The user is prohibited from copying, reproducing, or reusing any part of the platform’s content or trademarks without prior written consent from the service provider.
The user shall respect all intellectual property rights of Qeyada Career and any third parties.
6: Updates to Terms and Conditions
The service provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7: Disclaimer
The platform is provided “as is,” without any warranties of any kind.
The service provider shall not be held liable for:
Disputes between candidates and employers.
Data loss, revenue loss, or any damages resulting from misuse or technical errors.
Any consequences arising from the user’s reliance on or use of the platform.
Use of the platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.
8: Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek to resolve the matter amicably within fifteen (15) days of written notice. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authority within the Kingdom.
